• Meal Delivery Form- Submit completed form to cafeteria manger. Form must be complete for meals to be delivered. Student must be present to receive a meal. 

• Field Trip Form-  Submit forms to cafeteria manager two weeks prior to field trip for food to be ordered. 

• Catering Request Form- 2 weeks’ notice must be given for orders/changes (exception is Back to School Functions). Submit request for catering to _nutrition@aliefisd.net.

• CACFP At Risk After School Meals - Supper meals will be offered after dismissal instead of snacks (upon request). Meals will consist of entree, milk, fruit and vegetable. Meals will be packaged in a way to be eaten in dining area, classroom or other room on campus. Supper must be open to all students, not just students participating in enrichment activities.
